With over 25 years in the residential and commercial construction products industry, Sharon brings deep expertise in sales, marketing, and business development. She most recently served as VP of Business Development and Marketing at Montigo, a premium glass fireplace manufacturer, where she led key growth initiatives in the hospitality and commercial sectors. Prior to that, she was Director of Sales-East at Hansgrohe, where she began her tenure in 1999 following her early career with Ferguson Enterprises. Sharon holds dual BAs in English and History from UNC-Chapel Hill and is a graduate of the Carolina Business Institute.

Originally from Ontario, Canada, Dean Large is a London-based designer with a deep-rooted background in North American luxury kitchen and bath design. As Creative Director at Forte Brands, Dean brings a global perspective shaped by years of hands-on experience across Europe’s leading manufacturing hubs.
Known for his timeless design sensibility, Dean blends classic influences with emerging trends to create commercially successful products. His keen eye for detail and deep understanding of luxury design have made him a trusted partner for private label development and brand collaborations alike.
